Toby Vaughan is a thirty-nine year old business analyst. He has lived in Beijing, Seoul, and London. He is the co-editor and founder of an online short story competition site has a Masters in Dystopian fiction, and wrote Safi after listening to an interview with a woman whose husband had been a subject of extraordinary rendition by Mossad.
